Every person has his own lifestyle, mind, desires, strengths and
weaknesses. I too have a lifestyle, different mind, desires some are big and
some are little and in spite of all I've my strong points in my personality as
far as weak points are concerned so nobody in this world is perfect. I did my
matriculation in 2010 with Biology as a major, and then in
2012 i did my intermediate with Pre-medical as a major and at
the same time i was selected in army when i was in first year i went to Pakistan
Military Academy(PMA KAKUL) for training of infantry corps.
Now I’m an army officer and as army is my passion on other side I’m doing BBA as
my profession. Let me share my qualities; my strongest point of my personality
is that I’m determined, determined to do the tasks which i want to get them
done. I'm honest and truthful, I'm competitive as i compete with my concerned
army's battalion's officers, and I’m obedient and sincere with my work and
myself and even with every single person whoever what do with me but i don't
harm anybody without any reason.
The topics which I've reviewed are three and the one which is my favorite is discussed below. The topics are;
1) 7 Things Great Entrepreneur Don’t Do.
2) 7 Ways To Win Every Argument.
3) How To Motivate Employees In Less Than 5 Minutes.
The concerned topic "HOW TO MOTIVATE EMPLOYEES IN LESS THAN 5 MINUTES" is about the motivation of an employee in any organization where he is working. The one doesn't do anything for other until he gets something in return, equity must be there. Hereby, in this topic there are few ways to get your employee motivated that he would do the work with great zeal and as his own personal interest. If someone is running an organization and there are several employees working what the manager has to do is to motivate them how he would motivate them that's the concerned question!
In order to manage the system and to motivate the workers or employees working in an organization the manager must act according to the four functions of management which are Planning, Organizing, Motivating and Controlling. People do work and sometimes they ask "Why" we are doing this? "What" is the motive for action? These questions arise when the demands and rights of the employees are not properly fulfilled and given to them. In order to get the work done, what the manager should do is: He should allow them to get relax, he should give them incentives according to their level which means if someone is a front line manager he should be given bonuses, and if the employee is middle manager he should be given Bonuses plus targeted incentives and the TOP Management is responsible for the decision making. If the Front-Line managers/supervisors are not working in a systematic way a manager should sort out that what's the matter is and should resolve it by applying rationalized decisions which he made and must motivate him and make the supervisor realize that he is the only one who can get the goal achieved which can only be done by doing all possible planning and works.
In various huge firms and organizations there is a system of non-rational decision making which means that the employees which are working in the organization are known about the problem which is being established regarding any product/service. But what they do is they neglect it, as a little matter which doesn't need to be resolved. As the matter of fact, it is necessary to solve that little problem or issue. Again, rationalizing should be influencing here as all the possible outcomes are known, relevant information is also available, alternatives to resolve any situation should be given by employees and managers after motivation.
The attention should be paid to employees regarding what excites them, like they need holidaying leaves in a year. The allowances and their requirements of convenience, luxuries should be in an eye of the managers. If all the needs of them are fulfilled, this increases the employee's motivation level and he starts doing work considering it as his own and achieves the targets which he set and goals.
Positive reinforcement should be used also. As if you are taking work from someone he will expect something in return from you. As it is a saying as;
"In order to gain something you have to lose something"
So if you want your employee to do his job well, you must give him reward or benefits as a result if he achieves the goal or target in time which were set by the organization.
